Radio Frequency (RF) Engineer
STI-CO Industries, LLC is seeking a Radio Frequency (RF) Engineer. The Radio Frequency (RF) Engineer designs, tests, and maintains electronic systems that use radio waves and antennas.
Specific duties include:
• Creating and designing new product designs to meet or exceed all customer requirements and specifications using impedance matching, VSWR optimization, and miniaturization techniques.
• Executing project design concepts effectively to fulfill customer and internal requirements within a predetermined schedule and budget. Responsible for fabrication of antenna concepts, prototypes, and components and refining concepts to develop robust, cost-effective, and manufacturable designs.
• Identifying risks in the design phase and mitigating those risks through engineering design, material, and scheduling alternatives.
• Effectively transferring antenna designs to manufacturing and ensuring products meet specifications and quality requirements.
• Conducting simulation testing using HFSS Electromagnetic Simulation Software, CST, or similar to optimize designs for gain, bandwidth, and isolation.
• Ensuring regulatory standards for product certification with FCC, CE, and other regulatory bodies are met.
Requires Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering or related field and relevant professional experience.

Salary: $69,493 per year
